@ClinchRMCF Portugal underperforming against weak teams doesnt suddenly make the group tougher..the only opponent that was tough was Columbia.if Argentina was in place of portugal they would have topped that group.
@MarkGoldblatt@Seekthetruth101 In football, being “flat-footed” means a player is caught unprepared, standing still or on their heels instead of being on their toes, ready to react. It’s often used to describe defenders who are surprised by an opponent’s move, leaving them slow to respond.
@Florencemsiman1@Am_Blujay If CR7 drops deep to collect the ball, he will draw a lot of defenders to him, freeing up the fast younger generations, he doesnt have to score to contribute to the team, defenders are smart and fast these days, he is not going to outrun them.
@Crownsjuge If Ronaldo won his group, it would be a different picture: they would be playing Ghana, if they beat ghana, Algeria or Switzerland...this is what happens when you dont win a group..you face tougher opponents
@Kaz7iiV2 UCL is a club competition, easier to win than World Cup,you cant choose who is born in your country, but you can choose who plays for a club.
@khal_haji Across 4 different leagues playing for the top teams with world class players where the team was designed to play for him.. Messi took Inter Miami from the pits and made them champions! Real Madrid,Juve,Man U,Al Nassr were never projects.
@Chefdoo95 That argument would never hold up in court, Brazil has better football legends than Argentina, do you think everytime this bunch now doesnt win the world cup they tell them, it is in your blood to be better so dont worry? In fact Argentina before Messi last won a trophy in 1993.
