I heard of a gentleman who was receiving $15,000 per month in WFP. He got appointed by President Kiir and he resigned from his WFP job, got fired a few months later.
He lost his WFP job, gov't job and has a family to feed. When you find big people walking while talking to themselves in Juba please leave them alone.
