@steelers if Tomlin is staying (and we know he is) then get Mike McDaniels for OC, Brian Flores for DC, AJ Brown for TJ Watt, sign Gainwell, release Jonnu, draft a safety, corner, and competition for Fautanu.
Run it back.
@jarjarbink87427@IndianaFever Just a side note here, this is from the game last Thursday and the reposted tweet under it is from yesterday. Still a good point though.
Kelsey gets 5k points with big praise - which is awesome. Then CC gets a winning 3pt shot with 1 second on the clock and it's a footnote..
You absolutely are. Wait until you learn the atrocities of post-partum mother's. My wife had some moments. She was lucky. The lack of understanding in regards to insane psychological effects of pregnancy is astonishing. People have no idea until they've had the misfortune of experiencing it.
You completely leave out asset value increase. I've spent maybe $10k on my home since I moved it, its value has increased by $65k+
Apartments don't do that. Also, on average, a mortgage will save you several hundred dollars per month - adding up to thousands saved in a year (Effectively the maintainence cost is cancelled out)
@bricks_minifig is going to start hemorrhaging money if they do not appease the public. Here are my suggestions if they want to start winning public trust back.
1. Drop all lawsuits. It does not matter if you are in the legal right, in the public eye you are in the moral wrong. These lawsuits will ultimately only cause you more harm and accelerate your downfall.
2. Public apologies to everyone. Apologize to Bryan, apologize to Ben, apologize to your franchises, and apologize to the public.
3. Settlement with Bryan. He deserves something for the Legos that were stolen and all the pain and stress that he has gone through. His Lego collection was originally for his kids college fund. He had to sell it to pay for his fathers medical bills. Offering him a reasonable settlement will earn you massive respect from the public.
4. Fire CEO Ammon McNeff. This is complicated by the fact that the CEO is brothers with the Owners so it may honestly not be enough. But Ammon is on bodycam outright lying to officers to get Ben arrested. He will be lucky if he does not face criminal charges. Distancing the company from him is the absolute minimum that needs to be done on this point. Ammon is who the public is pointing a lot of deserved blame at.
These are not threats, these are not demands, these are suggestions. You have dug your own grave and your company will collapse if you do not make massive concessions with the public.
@The_Jim_Martin@MattWalshBlog Then stop using a phone and supporting child slavery if that's how you really feel. Get off the internet. By your own logic, you're participating in the death of a child with every single comment you make.
@JBaileyNFL Alex is worth a 2nd for sure. Several teams would bite. I'd argue it's not enough. He doesn't get the respect he deserves but when he isn't in the game it's immediately apparent.
You can ignore the complexity with self righteousness and that's entirely within your right. But rest assured, children are dying right now across the globe in an effort to ensure you can post a comment, call your family, put on clothes, etc. You may FEEL disconnected from that reality but you are very much connected. And that doesn't make you inherently evil nor the decisions we make any less complex. It all sucks, but to pass such a judgement is not my place. Let it be God's.
@MattWalshBlog Society hardly makes having a family affordable or easy. Add these factors into play and... Well it's just a sad place we're all at right now. Maybe this guy isnt a good person, I don't really know. But I do know this does NOT make someone inherently evil.
@MattWalshBlog I can't blame the parents. Perhaps disappointed in society, but not the parents. There is a weight placed on parents during pregnancy that makes these situations incredibly complex and I suppose if it's very early in the pregnancy, I could even see making this decision as well.
