Dear Sir, I have recently visited Kanpur and glad to see lots of improvement. But two things I Have noticed which give wrong example in society, that Policemen are riding bike without Helmet & Big white Cars are sounding hooter & using red & blue lights.

you want to wait for delayed train, at neat & clean place, although it's very difficult. You are charged & told that it's private outsourcing otherwise go & wait at free hall without cleanliness & hygiene. Booked train paid heavy price. See Photo of clean train.

My train is late by 1 hrs 30 mins, & I have taken shelter at AC waiting hall of Jasidih to protect self with family members of seven. Railways charged me 140 rupees for these 90 mins. Now tell its my fault if train gets late, why I have to Pay.

To my irony, what I found that, I was charged with rupees 10 per hour at platform for waiting my train. It's almost looting passenger.

Today I traveled in 12333 and to my extent of amaze what I saw today, it was there when I was kid of 6 years of age. It's definitely not accepted. Even toilets in 2AC Class are not biotoilets. Pl see how toilet paper is fixed after charging 5000 rupees from pax.
