@getsimpl Too many spam calls asking for Simpl OTP on different pretexts. Please change your OTP into alpha-numeric for enhanced security. I've received 15 OTPs and calls asking for OTP since yesterday

@SBICard_Connect I did receive an email stating that my issue has been registered and they will get back soon. I have been getting these emails for over a month now. Does anyone actually look into the customer complaints? I doubt, as the issue hasn't been resolved even after raising it to CS Head
