Bears gave Sweat, Dayo and Jarrett absurd deals they’re locked into. You can’t pour more money in that room. NFL has a cap.

No front office or ownership group is going to spend significant resources until some of those deals come off the books. Especially when your HC believes he can outscore anybody.

@34Camo_ @dabearsblog Obviously, yes, health/injuries always play a factor in how the schedule plays out. But when talking about winning a division, 2-3 games make a huge difference. And last year Bears bad D played 7 games against bottom 10 offenses. Minny twice and Oak & NO bc of 4th place schedule.
