Hi

[Scott Elliott @scottelliott_nc]

To all the public school haters, social media stars/self promoters, and critical friends: we appreciate all the advice about re-evisioning education but right now we're busy loving on our students and feeding the community. We'll catch back up with you in the fall.

My kiddos noticed a problem and took action! Our county hasn't been picking up our recycling and one student's letter helped them realize their mistake! We are #worldchangers and #WeROdell

While we wait for our caterpillars to hatch from their chrysalises, we are studying caterpillar and butterfly bodies and building models with legos!

This is Niner Nation. 💚

[Kaya Jones @KayaJones]

Remember THIS face. A face of selfless sacrifice. Riley Howell, 21, of Waynesville, NC will be remembered as a HERO, who jumped on the shooter to save lives yesterday at UNC Charlotte. #CharlotteStrong

[Graceless⛏️ @Grace_PF]

DON'T SAY HIS NAME! DON'T SHOW HIS FACE!

REMEMBER THE VICTIMS, NOT THE MONSTER WHO COMMITED THIS ACT

We are goal setting gurus in 3rd grade! By acknowledging the gaps in our 3rd grade math brains, we are able to turn those gaps into goals for our learning through the rest of the year!

Check out my classroom on @DonorsChoose! We are only a little over $100 away from our goal! https://t.co/1U6IMYXnbH

Becoming experts on different quadrilaterals so we can teach each other!

Excuse our mess, we are taking a break from our hard work and dropping everything to read for fun!

[Rayann Keefer @KeefersKeepers]

We had a very successful Author's Lunch today! Thank you to all that came out to celebrate our writing!

[Rayann Keefer @KeefersKeepers]

Refining our writing skills by typing our final drafts!
