Hornets season ends with a 3-2 loss to Macomb in the regional semifinal. Offensively, @TeaganMclaugh27, @JacobSchul64387 & @adamblunier all with two hits. @wurms22, @Keegsbb21 & @Cfogo22 all with hits as well.

Overall record finishes at 15-19.

Hornets score 3 runs in the top of the 7th but come up a little short in a 6-5 loss at Gibson City. @Keegsbb21 (2-3 💣 2 RBI) and @TeaganMclaugh27 (2-4 2B) led the offense. @Jmartii99, @wurms22, @adamblunier, Schieler & @Cfogo22 also with hits. Overall now 12-13.

Hornets bounce back on Senior Night with a 12-3 win over Prairie Central. Offense led by seniors @Jmartii99 (2-5) & @Keegsbb21 (2-3 RBI). @DevonWilesbasbl with a bases clearing RBI 2B. @BrodyWertz picked up the win on the bump, striking out 4. Overall record now 12-12.

Hornets bounce back with a 10-0 win over Fieldcrest. @TeaganMclaugh27 with a big day, tossing a CG shutout, with 2 Ks, but also 2-4 at the plate with a 2B & 2 RBI. @Jmartii99 went 2-4 with a 2B & 4 RBI. @Keegsbb21 with his second 💣 on the season. Overall now 10-9.

Hornets with a big 5 run 5th inning, capped off with @GradyWesner 2 RBI single to beat Rockridge 8-5. @JacobSchul64387 picks up the win, going 3 innings, striking out 3. Offensively, @TeaganMclaugh27, @wurms22, @adamblunier and Schulz all with two hits. Overall now 7-6.

Hornets put up 12 unanswered runs in the 4th and 5th innings to knock of IVC tonight 13-8. The decisive blow came off the bat of senior lefty @Keegsbb21, who hit a go ahead 3 run 💣 in the bottom of the 4th. @TeaganMclaugh27 and @wurms22 each with 2 hits. Overall record now 4-3.
