His E doesnt need to Crit and have same the cd as modern E cd. Hope this will change.

Use the version from Patch 6.5 (March 2016)
E dmg nerf (360%ad > 300%ad) and 10/9/8/7/6 cd or similar

E was nerfed on this patch cause once Emax was discovered it was broken
