Every time I was in a discussion about it, I heard the problem was the contract and availability of qualified technicians. Now that we are negotiating a new contract, I wanted to encourage better ST negotiating.

I am not sure why I was expecting @UrbanistOrg and others to acknowledge my support for getting conveyors fixed, but I haven't seen it happen after two weeks.
