Tonight the chef is serving steamed Prince Edward Island mussels. Those mussels are steamed in a white wine butter sauce that was started with some shallot, garlic, and Calabrian chili. The mussels are then served with some toasted rustic bread sourced from a local bakery.

Tonight the chef is serving a pan seared duck breast with a cognac pepper cream sauce. That is all served over a bed of wild long grain rice along with a side of oven roasted Brussel sprouts tossed in a balsamic reduction
