Winning in 2026 and 2028 will only delay the left’s plans to pack the Court. To permanently end the Court packing threat we need to enact the proposed Keep 9 Amendment to ban Court packing. Sooner or later history strongly suggests Democrats will again win trifecta control of Congress and the White House. And then they will weaken the Senate filibuster, add a new state or two and use their bigger majority to pass a bilk expanding the size of the Court to make it their rubbber stamp.
