Fourteen volunteers from Keep #Abergavenny Tidy (KAT) turned out on the usual first Tuesday of the month and collected 19 orange bags and one purple bag ♻️

Fresh food – bread, fruit and cheese – has been found among rubbish fly-tipped near #Abergavenny town centre.
Bread, an unopened block of cheddar cheese in a Waitrose wrapper, a bag of apples, and an orange, were discovered by shocked KAT litter pickers.

KAT volunteers were among groups represented at the #Abergavenny Climate Change Action festival held in St John’s Square on Saturday.
Helen Trevor Davies, KAT coordinator , said it was good to see so many people so engaged and willing to offer suggestions in the campaign.
