Sometimes we need a clean space to start again - to rediscover what we like and how to express our style.
Clutter is funny like that...it cramps your style and makes it easy to lose yourself and forget what you really do like.
Remember:
It's okay to strip it down!
@JayRuderman Hi Jay! Perhaps adopt the 20 minute/self-care routine. Making yourself a priority is understanding that you are important enough to schedule me time, just like you would for any other appointment. If this is difficult for you, it may be an indication of a limiting belief.
You can still have the living space you dream of but most of all you can still have the living space you deserve. You must remember that your environment reflects your thoughts.
Stay true to your course. Sometimes we hit rough patches, but after the bumps, "things" have a way of working out. Think of it as a "natural course correction." There is a "clear path" coming soon if you stay with it!
So you want to be ORGANIZED, right???
Remember this...the definition of organization is the ability to follow through. So you made it this far by showing up, now all you have to do is finish!
There's a lot to be thankful for...such as the fact that you are trying. Celebrate that victory, focus on your efforts of reaching out and getting support. Decluttering your life is something to be proud of and yes, can be frustrating at times, but now is not the time to quit.
