@blondesnmoney Software optimization; competition/substitution
One could argue that demand has already peaked given hyperscaler capex is unlikely to have higher marginal growth going forward after this year. IBM also cited that their customers were frontrunning price increases...
@_tolks i see longs building sub 1.8k and shorts building 1.85k
idk that OI without direction matters here as much; imo BTC is more egregious with majority longs entering
Robinhood is an extremely competent company that almost singlehandedly created the current retail trading craze we’ve been in for the last 6 years.
I’m still bullish hype and i hold a ton, but I can still see the reality
@0xsmac I think it's already invalidated.
LTF: more jobs (to implement, use, and manage AI)
HTF: probably net new (new jobs created)
Nuance: people and process management is key because AI can't do everything

unfortunately in my experience, the founder has not responded well to feedback, in addition to:
- poor v5 rollout with lackluster migration (some indicators don't even have the same values vs. v4)
- paid subs getting rugged with freemium/affiliate version and no recourse (i'm bias because i prepaid 2 yrs)
- founder told me he'd reach out personally for performance issues and never did (continue to have those issues on v4, unclear about v5)
- weird, unprofessional interactions from founder, team, and mods when speaking with free & paid users in discord "go use a competitor if you're not happy", "that indicator is useless (in regards to NL/NS)", etc.
i wouldn't recommend the platform or the team unless there's specifically an indicator or workflow you've become reliant on

I'm realizing how much of a bubble AI twitter is the last few days, most people's view of AI is a magic black box that requires a massive supercomputer/datacenter to run that noone can ever compete with.
