@Abolish_Time If you're going for accuracy/nearby power it's effectively the same but release a bit later in the rotation. The abs are a lot more important than people realize and will help a lot to avoid throwing out your shoulder/getting that extra "oomph" into it.
@Abolish_Time If you're going for distance; step into the throw with your off foot forward (foot on the side opposite the hand holding the brick), use your abs to pull your torso around, keep elbow straightish and let your arm rotate through your shoulder. Release just before highest point.

Every time a city moves to make some official "peacekeeper" group for protests it's a reminder how of how vulnerable their power actually is. They are terrified of the next cop shop collapsing under heat. They know a precedent has been set and that it's only a matter of time.
the entire reason it's called Pride is because we are proud, even when homophobes call it a sin. Do not tone things down for people who will never actually accept you. It never works.
