@TrafficwatchNI there's a fault with the traffic lights on the Upper Lisburn Road at Vivo/Finaghy Methodist. The 'green man' keeps appearing every 30 seconds or so and the lights are going red, without anyone near them attempting to cross. Traffic fairly heavy citybound
