1. Is the shoal respawn tile completely random? Often see spawns in same area in short succession
2. Why shoals in the middle area take so long to move once prodded?
3. Why do prodded shoals near a net somtimes decide to go to the middle?

@JagexAsh Hey ash, why do the respawn times for farm patch teak trees on fossil island seem to be inconsistent? They are usually around 16 ticks, but often see them taking longer, especially on login.

@JagexAsh What are the conditions for a monster to not reward loot to an ironman if another player has tanked it? Is it done by damage, hits tanked, or time spent attacking the player?
