For those who are thinking of using @TurkishAirlines @TK_HelpDesk and taking a bike, word of warning, stay away. Carbon bike broken, irrepairable. Jumped through all their hoops to submit paperwork. They offered me $43!!!!!

@virginactiveSA quick question. Increase in membership fees, but I don't see any planning to work around the loadshedding? Is it expected we just ignore the fact that we cannot use some of the equipment for hours on end? Asking for a friend.

10 days since @TurkishAirlines broke my bike and meant I had to rent a bike for Turkey IM 70.3. All I hear is promises of Customer Service / Baggage department contacting me, yet nothing. All I can say is, those thinking of flying with them with a bike, think twice. @TK_HelpDesk
