The King Misuzulu has spoken out against the expulsion of foreign nationals.

The King, regarded as a wise traditional leader, has condemned the assault of foreign nationals in South Africa and has called on the Zulu people to refrain from violence. He said that foreign nationals come to this country because of problems such as hunger and war in their home countries, and that they should not be beaten or driven out.

He stated that when the King has spoken, his words should be respected. He made these remarks at the Sivananda World Peace Foundation Yoga Day in Durban.
