🇲🇽 According to Etherfuse's blog, MXNe is more than just a stablecoin. It’s a gateway to economic empowerment for the Mexican community.

What does this mean?

It merges the transparency, security and other advantages of stablecoins with the stability of government bonds.

And as a bonus, it helps the growth of the local economy by providing funds for the government/sovereign nation to use for development/maintenance projects and liquidity provision.

That is lesser market volatility and more rewards for holders, which makes a good case for the undeniable truth that the future of Stablecoins lies with Stablebonds 👍

💵 U.S. Treasury Securities(US Government Bonds) were created to leverage/use government-backed securities(assets) to create a framework of financial stability and trust while providing funds for government operations.

👉 Stablecoins such as USDC have a reserve of short-term US Treasuries for reasons of stability due to being backed by the government and the profit/yield it makes.

👉 Tokenization is the process of converting real-world assets such as government bonds into digital tokens/coins on a blockchain.

👉 Stablebonds is the tokenized version of government bonds like the US Treasury Securities and Bonos(Mexico). Etherfuse developed the technology and protocols required to make it possible.

🟡 Issues with Regulatory Frameworks, such as the recent spat between Tether and MiCA.

📰 The economic crash of 2008 exposed the breaches of trust in the Central Bank and other banks and set us on this path that has led to the emergence of stablecoins such as DAI, Tether, USDC, FDUSD and others.

This was to the benefit of people from struggling/developing economies dealing with inflation caused by excessive borrowing, a broken governance system and terrible fiscal policies 🤷‍♂️

These people were gifted an escape in the form of access to stablecoins without the hassle of a long banking process/ paperwork.
