Their captain called out a couple of weeks ago. they left us all in the dark then we finally made it 5 hours behind schedule making me pay extra for the garage and late for work (I fly for my you) and then all they want to give is $75

@AlaskaAir has the worst customer service. Their captain calls out - delays me 5 hours, late for work - and all they want to give is a dismissive response and $75 even though I deserve a full refund.

@Delta just getting better. Now if you pay for first class, you don’t get to board in a first class zone anymore - you’re lumped in with zone 1. Why pay for it if you’re just taking perks away?

@drimcalban @kurufal @komonews Just chiming in to say you haven’t thought about the ones who are disabled and did not get the choice to walk/could not climb over barriers etc… or those in wheelchairs where they may not have been room to safely open ramp doors. Therefore - they held against their will.
