As a matter of fact, @HomeDepot should not use #LoneStarOvernight #LSO shipping in TX. Yes, things are busy during the holidays but this is false advertising. Why would I get 2 different guaranteed delivery dates on the site, then LSO has no information?

Very disappointed with @HomeDepot. Ordered a small freezer on Nov 28. It apparently was lost in the mail. Customer service placed another order with guaranteed delivery on Dec 15. Now no one is able to tell me when my freezer will arrive. Should have went with @Lowes 😡😡😡
