@AugieNash My first autograph- July 1, 1962, at a restaurant following a Cardinals game at Busch I. Very exciting for a 10-year-old fan. Red had a pinch hit in the game that day.
Helping out my good friend @vaughtsviews26 on his new X / Twitter account. The old LV account was hacked. Larry is back online with @vaughtsviews26 as the new account to follow to stay up to date w UK sports & more from Your Sports Edge & @SundayAMSports

@AugieNash@Buck@Mad_Hungarian39 Saw it in person at Riverfront! It was the second game of a doubleheader, though that’s not indicated on the ticket. With the late hour and the Cardinals winning by a big score, there weren’t many fans in the stands when Whiten hit his fourth.
@BBGreatMoments This close…9/24/13. Two outs in ninth, Ryan Zimmerman’s bouncer goes off the tip of Michael Wacha’s glove. Zimmerman beat the throw from shortstop Pete Kozma for an infield hit.
@wildcatnews@KentuckyMBB I’ll go with Johnny Neumann. Neumann was a special guest on Adolph Rupp’s postgame show after the Cats won 103-95 in Oxford Jan. 2, 1971. Neumann scored 47 that night. He was 20 for 50 from the field.
