All of this has been created just with basic paint brushes, tutoring from the amazing Marc at FRESH PAINT and the commitment from the young people attending.

We've recently started a new men's project called athlEAT combining physical exercise with cooking activities. We have started working with a group of young men at @KeithLoftYP where they enjoyed some kettlebell training with Andy.

The Young People went to Tesco today to purchase ingredients for their 3 course Christmas meal they are cooking next week. 🎄🎅🏻

Just a reminder that the cut off point is Friday the 10th of December, as this allows Moray Food Plus time to distribute parcels out before Christmas. 🥰
