@HawaiianAir Can you please explain the fairness of why those of us who booked before 3/1 cannot change our flights with no cost? But those who book now can change their flights? People who book now know the coronavirus risk. Those of us who booked earlier, did not. Pls explain

@HawaiianAir People that book from Mar 1-16 can change flights w/ no added cost, but people that booked before can’t? People who booked before 3/1 didn’t have as much info regarding #Covid19 as people do now. This seems unfair and backwards.
