Then after election, late mail in ballots surged in and pushed through the sales tax increase

Again, voters who showed up in person and were all rejecting the tax increase. It was only late mail in ballots, that all came in overwhelming supporting Democrats that pushed through the tax

Not vague victories. Not "parents win somehow." NAMED PROTECTIONS. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. School by school.

🇺🇸 Opt-out right — parents can excuse their children from that specific instruction
🇺🇸 Free Exercise protection — forcing children into lessons that "pose a very real threat of undermining" religious beliefs is unconstitutional
🇺🇸 Preliminary injunction — this is ACTIVE NOW, not pending a future ruling
🇺🇸 Montgomery County, MD — the specific district that started this must comply immediately
🇺🇸 4th Circuit overruled — the lower court that sided with the school board was reversed
🇺🇸 Elementary grades targeted — the ruling applies to the LGBTQ+-inclusive storybooks in elementary English classes
🇺🇸 Nationwide signal — any district with a no-opt-out policy on religious-conflict content now faces the same legal exposure
🇺🇸 Administrative burden — schools must build notification and opt-out systems before the 2025-2026 year begins

@DangerousThinkg Ridge cap vents replaced these. Both are effective. The key is to only use one or the other, and make sure there is enough soffit venting for them to pull air from.

@19568201G @DangerousThinkg Totally not true. The venting is for the purpose of making your Roofing material last longer. Agreed on the necessity of insulation, but also must remove air between insulation and roof roofing.

@taco_talks True, but we also don’t want to cause another to stumble, and because society has determined that certain words (you called sounds) aren’t socially acceptable for morally upright people, we could turn them away from Jesus with frequent use of them. Something we shouldn’t ignore.
