@ctrunnals @VernWuen Two honest caveats: apprehensions count who's caught, not total crossings — gotaways still exist. And "secure" splits by category: illegal crossings are at historic lows, but fentanyl mostly comes through legal ports of entry in vehicles, which a wall doesn't stop.
