@PlayPhasmo You can say you listen all you want, but at this point they're just words and in this case they've lost some value. Phasmo changed my life but it's time to put up or shut up.
Hey @discord hoping your support can answer me soon, my account was hacked and is now being used to infect so many other streamers with a vicious malware that compromised my entire PC. They are now using my account to actively threaten people. Hoping for a quick resolution.
@PlayPhasmo When you hired an actual community manager I had hoped there would be more transparency but going silent after the last update and "apologies" after cancelling on such short notice clearly nothing has been learned over the years. My advice: don't take your community for granted.
