Two things can be true at the same time. This is an example of when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object. The driver did have an attitude. He shouldn't have gotten out of the car in the first place and simply allowed the officer to proceed with the traffic stop.

That said, I do believe the officer had an attitude as well. He should be trying to deescalate the situation. The constant repeating of the same questions was unnecessary...the driver answered them.
He should have just asked for his license and registration and proof of insurance. Then if the driver refuses all bets are off. I can't say if the officer was on a power trip or just having a bad day but he can't afford to.

I believe 95% of Law Enforcement do a great job. They want to serve the public and they put their lives on the line everyday! It's that other 5% that makes them all look bad.

You want me to believe that out of all the respective candidates, "it" was the most qualified. "It" is not used pejoratively, but to accurately describe something that does not identify with one of the only two actual genders. See now as a true conservative, and a critical thinker, I refuse to jump to any conclusion after watching a 13 second clip of a video without any context whatsoever. There are umpteen possible explanations for what we saw, none of which are nefarious. I'll call BS on this particular post until proven otherwise. We'll plead Occam's Razor here.
