Imagine getting your first customer of the day as an Uber driver, driving several kilometres, only to discover that the passenger wanted you to transport sacks of trash.
What seemed like a normal trip quickly turned into a frustrating experience for the unsuspecting driver.
Definitely not the kind of first customer anyone would want!
Shoes can cost a fortune, shine brighter than gold, and carry the biggest brand name, yet they always stay under the feet. Attitude works the same way. When itโs full of ego and arrogance, it may look powerful for a moment, but respect will always stand above it.
Wisdom born from a mistake.
Most people think wisdom comes from always being right, but the truth is very different. Real wisdom grows when you make mistakes, face the consequences, and still choose to move forward. Every wrong decision teaches something that success never could
The Power has been given to you don't surrender it to others.
The resurrection of Jesus from the dead bestowed upon us untold power if we learn how to utilise it. Never again will you lose one single battle.
We must understand we cannot in warfare stop people from developing opinions and acting towards you in the way they choose. The power you have is in your response.
Act according to the instructions of God towards that person.
What we do in the spirit appears different from the way we act in the flesh.
1. Forgive the person and don't ever engage in an exchange of words.
2. This doesn't mean accusations should be left unanswered. Enter into prayer and condemn every word spoken. The scripture says "..every tongue that rises against you in judgement ye shall condemn..." Don't let it hang. It is the accusation of the enemy and must be addressed.
3. Forgive meaning relinquish every desire to avenge the wrong done to you but also ask God to judge the matter. You must ask for a judicial act of God. Jesus never engaged in counter accusation but depended on the judicial act of a God of justice in raising him up from the dead. God judged the matter of Joseph in making him the "prime minister" of Egypt making all his brothers have to come to him and even Portiphars wife must have been subservient. Understand that forgiving a person doesn't mean justice will not be served on the issue.
4. On your part bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you and pray for those who despitefully use you. Let love reign and watch God move.
5. Finally do this. Thank God for the voice or voices raised against you. Like I heard a gentleman say his mentor taught him to enjoy it and not just endure it. God is using for your good what the enemy thought was a master stroke. Just like it is written hath the princes of this world knew they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
