Many Special Education students don’t actually benefit from being in a Gen Ed classroom and it ends up hindering the learning of all of the students in the room
Continental Congress HAS SIGNED A DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE!
The UNITED STATES are OFFICIALLY INDEPENDENT from BRITAIN.
LIBERTY BELLS ring out throughout Philadelphia; the streets ERUPT IN ECSTASY.
The amount of weight we used to throw around at 6am when I was a college football player was huge.
I don’t think most people understand how strong a college football player is.
315 for reps on bench isn’t normal lol
My wife is 40 weeks pregnant with our second today.
After our first, I got rocked.
Our daughter didn’t sleep, didn’t eat, and didn’t stop crying.
But this time, my perspective has changed.
If our next child is just as hard, good.
I get to die to myself and glorify God by being a loving father.
This is the right perspective.
Culture has redefined success as ease.
We think the good life is never struggling and solving all our problems with money.
But it’s a scam.
Sacrificing for God’s glory through serving others is the good life.
It isn’t pretty.
It won’t make you rich.
But it’ll please Jesus.
The good life looks like a cross.

Sure, it's feedback, but is it useful or helpful?
How are you providing feedback to your coaches and athletes?
Effective Feedback Tips:
-Be specific & constructive.
-Offer praise alongside areas for improvement.
-Use "I" statements to express impact.
-Focus on behavior, not personality.
-Encourage dialogue & follow-up.
Specific Feedback can look like this:
Your footwork during drills was excellent; keep up the precision and speed.
Your serve placement is improving; focus on adding more power without sacrificing accuracy.
Your backhand stroke has become more consistent; strive for a smoother follow-through to generate more spin.
Great job staying low during defensive drills; aim to anticipate the opponent's moves even quicker.
Your agility on the court is impressive; work on transitioning between movements seamlessly to maintain momentum.
Remember about General Feedback, positive or negative!
General feedback can be vague and lack specific examples or details.
It can be difficult to identify strengths or areas for improvement without specificity.
Without concrete examples, it's challenging to understand which actions or behaviors are successful or need adjustment.
Vague feedback can hinder effective changes or the continuation of successful practices.
