@olumidecapital Very straightforward. Divide d annual rental income per property by the expected annual yield (say 15% - sth close to govt yields), that should give you the estimated intrinsic value. U will then discover that Nigerian real estate is a HUGE bubble!
@EltemmyVet@Officially_Kriz My emphasis is on specific stock advise. Your comment about "fundamentally strong stock" is a generic one that wouldn't be considered advise. Who knows if I work for SEC snd I am just giving an early heads-up...? Ppl should be more careful.
@ARISEtv@themanCJAY@SeyitanAtigarin Go and do your own award if u don't like his format. This Headies guy is a private individual doing his own bit. Grammies are supported by 30,000+ artists who pay $125/Yr. If you are not financially supporting d guy, pls stfu and do urs.

@justinijeh Let's be real: Taiwo is a really smart accountant and tax consultant, but that's where it ends. Business, economics and finance are new worlds to him. He's out of his depth in those disciplines.
@JoeyAkan Simple economics. NGN weakened 10x in 10 years. Local shows, brand endorsements, streaming $ lost 10x value as well. Everyone is there4 hustling for the offshore listeners which needs more marketing $. Current sound is not 4 d local market which can't pay.
@markessien The naira will not be allowed to appreciate that significantly just yet. Govt (fed and state) has too many Naira obligations to settle. If NGN strengthens, FAAC allocations to States will also drop sharply and affect salaries, contracts, debt repmts etc.
@abalu_uthman Smart man. Price will likely plateau or even slide down at this point, if the economics of the acquisition prove to be less compelling than expected. Sell, take profit and re-enter at a lower price/valuation.
@asemota There's nothing to correct. Even the promised land which was flowing with milk and honey had giants and foes in it that had to be gotten rid of. You can't get ahead without readiness to ruthlessly (but lawfully) address adversity/opposition.
@black_bhoy_ How did he/she win in life abeg? We can only assess that in 20 years from now when both can say they stayed faithful to God and to one another. We celebrate weddings with fanfare on Saturday and the guy/girl is with their sidechick/side guy the next day.
@Yinka_freeman@JoyMixed@Rxbremen Not asking for higher yield. I am saying the stock is overvalued at N1,750. True value is closer to N1,100. At that price point, its dividend yield is more consistent with peers.
@JoyMixed@Yinka_freeman@Rxbremen No pressure anywhere. It's a valuation conversation. Aradel is trading at 27x EBITDA. Seplat 5x. Saudi Aramco 7.7x. Even if Aradel doubles EBITDA in 2026, they will still be overvalued at 13.5x. All metrics div yield, PE ratio, EV/EBITDA say the same story.
@peteradewale02 Sell, take some profit and re-enter at a lower price and hold for a lifetime. The stock isn't running away. The company is valued at 27x EBITDA. Seplat is 5x. Saudi Aramco is 7.7x. So even if EBITDA doubles this year, they would still be overvalued.
