This is disgraceful. Out of 124, Iboes are 104, Yoruba 4, and other tribes 16.
The four Yorubas should be punished more than the rest when they arrive in Nigeria.
We are called Omo oluabi for a reason. We won’t allowed these elements to tarnished what our ancestors built.
Peter Obi’s new lies
Peter Obi’s recent claims of being targeted by the government—citing an incident involving his car at the airport, which, by his own account, must have resulted from flouting parking regulations—are simply unfounded and misleading.
As a pathological and serial liar, Mr Obi is intent on dragging the government into every personal inconvenience he encounters, often resorting to exaggeration and baseless allegations.
His claim that he may not be alive for the January 2027 election and that people are being pressured not to invite him to social events is nothing more than a fabricated narrative, a page from his book of lies and propaganda. These claims lack substance and are designed to attract undue sympathy and deflect attention from his credibility deficit and the problems faced by his SPV and his adopted political association, the NDC.
It is important to note that Mr Obi has a substantial interest in Fidelity Bank. The institution continues to thrive as a result of the current administration’s robust economic reforms. The government is certainly not targeting the bank. Rather than being “haunted” by the government, Mr Obi appears to be grappling with the consequences of his litany of unfounded statements.
The Tinubu government remains fully focused on consolidating its historic and beneficial reforms for the good of all Nigerians. It has neither the time nor the inclination to be distracted by Mr Obi’s self-serving narratives and lies or by his candidacy, as he constantly diminishes himself with specious, unverifiable utterances.
@afeni_agent Where did he say that he was being targeted because he is Igbo from his statement?Someone is telling you the pain he goes through because he is contesting an election and you are here saying nonsense. Na God go punish you
@ambassadorowu Werey, you said 'Tinubu doesn't even acknowledge him',so why is the same Tinubu having sleepless night about him. Some of you brain are filled with dust
"With the way this government is going, I may not even be alive to contest the 2027 election. Every single thing I do for a living, this government is deliberately frustrating. I face frustration every day. They recently locked my car at the airport."
—NDC presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi

I saw Mr Peter Obi from a very close shave in an Airpeace flight coming from a part of the lower Niger to the federal capital territory. I saw the air hostesses were all foreigners and it gave me the clue of what it means for an airline to operate international flights. My amusement of this man was his looks, pitchforked between a series of circling irradiations, I saw his gaze fixed on a blank spot far away. I assume he did not get the usual applause found around him in this aircraft except for two persons who hailed him by his okwute cognomen. I thought he expected more applause but moreso, I thought he looked dusconsolate in his now swapped from ADC to NDP baseball hat. Embarrassed by one of the guys who came to photo shoot on his seat, I saw him stammer at random. Further animated by the conjunction of his all black attire, reminiscent of the rump ogboni paraphernalia, and in the midst of three beautiful ladies resembling a whole compound of hornet, grasshopper and shrimp and a guy who came with him, they magnified enormously. I tried to look at his morphological features from my safe holding but missed the trend as he had sat down too soon. I wonder why he was the last passenger to board. After we alighted, and stayed back until everyone had disembarked I walked casually out of the aircraft and through the walkway corridor to the arrival hall and now saw this man in his element taking pictures with people who apparently saw him on his way out. I quickly categorised him as a guy overwhelmed by circumstances beyond his ability to direct. I am sure he is fully aware what his malignant star has done to blast the budding attention he enjoys from a section of society, which to me, leaves him in an unhelpful state where emotions rise, fall, undulate and filled with surmises. I can only wish him well but the indexes does not look good for him.
