As a matter of fact, any state that purposefully violates the election laws/arbitrarily change the laws without the right to do so should not have their votes counted in any election.

If it's found that they are allowing illegal aliens to vote in our Federal elections - None of the votes should count - VOTER ID should be mandatory.
