Amputee warrior woman navigating the highs and lows of life with humour, compassion and love. living my life by the motto: Fake it until you make it!

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@Kaelani001 @MattWallace888 That’s what I am thinking. Am I missing something? I don’t even know what the issue is, that is being debated. I wish people could just tell us and not expect us to be bloody Columbo!😂

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@queenie4rmnola @NorthWestKult What the hell is he talking about? I can’t make any sense out of his tweet. You have shown excellent patience and restraint in your response. I’m afraid I would have been far less reasonable than you @queenie4rmnola ❤️

[🇬🇧Jela Babii Kandii 🇯🇲 @Jelakins]

@SageKnowsAll @JulieKMN So it was written
So it was done!!

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@ffenics @DergeDantina @HazelAppleyard_ I agree with you. I am a woman in the UK and can confirm that all toilets are cubicles with door locks. And if a man wants to follow a woman into toilet to assault her, he will. Rapists don’t feel the need to dress as a woman in order to rape!

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@Geoff_Walton @KatiePennick I am a double amputee. I need my hand controlled car to get to work, shop and attend appointments and I am so scared that I will lose my PIP that pays for it. I just won’t be able to afford to go to work! M car is my lifeline.

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@greg231018 @TinyWriterLaura @UKLabour I am left below knee and right foot amputee and when I had last assessment the report said that I didn’t have any mobility issues! I am due to be reassessed and dreading going through the whole process again. Perhaps they think my limbs will grow back?

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@Shrink_at_Large Thank you. As a double amputee suffering with chronic phantom limb pain and about to re-apply for PIP that pays for my hand controlled car, I have been feeling so stressed and my MH suffering. Your post helps ❤️

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@efiniste @BigPawsRule Apply for authority on the account. The bank will explain requirements and how to apply

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@kuubiker @heroincannibal @MadamUfuomaa I get what you are saying and partly agree. But don’t forget all the jobs done by women that enable you to do yours such as payroll, cleaning, ordering & supplies, invoicing, HR, plus keeping you healthy in healthcare roles. I think both need each other’s skills

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@Syrians4J @hellothisisivan I just looked at his profile pic and see a nice looking guy actually. And I agree with him about the outfit. Hideous. I am 58 and want someone to tell me if I ever wear anything remotely as terrible

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@ValVerdePres @Poppy_yyyyyyyy The survivor hadn’t reported it and it wasn’t her assault to report. Also, she would have ended up possibly wrecking her own career and why should that happen?

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@PositivelyJC @PicturesFoIder Why didn’t he just carry her inside and lay her down in a nice cool bedroom? Because he is selfish and not fit to have been a father, that’s why. What that child must have gone through makes me shudder.

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@j_smeaton99 @PicturesFoIder He doesn’t appear devastated to me. All he seems is self absorbed and thinking more about taking a shower than anything else.

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@NotMeRS1 @schuld_eth @PicturesFoIder I can only imagine what she went through before she succumbed to the heat. Poor child. And he needs a shower? I don’t know how he can live with himself after what he has done. 3 hours isn’t an error of judgement. 3 hours is intentional neglect & abuse at the very least.

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@tobiasjames_eth @gavinthe_great @schuld_eth @PicturesFoIder I agree with you about his weird behaviour. Clearly the only person he cares about is himself. 3 hours!! That is not a mistake. That is intentional. And he obviously hadn’t been checking on her. 10 minutes I could understand but 3 hours!

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@Margy63J @HardmanWil I had same experience with my August B’day son. It takes them 2 or 3 terms to catch up.

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@ShackHullreal @FirstLadyNot @pchapman24 Bell and Spurling. A comedy music duo apparently. Well, they are certainly a joke!

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@AlysonBrooker @fesshole Lots of UK based financial advisers work for large American IFA companies, such as Evelyn partners, or St James Place. Because they spell it with an o, they use the American spelling. I have noticed this in email headers/footers from UK advisers

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@wat_thee_deuce_ Most working class homes and a lot of middle class ones too, I think, had at least one room or hallway in this woodchip wallpaper & layers of paint. When we started removing it in 90’s it was a nightmare & left behind weird little rice like stains!

[Michelle W @KelhamLife]

@thecabaretgeek I was lucky enough to see the show last night in Sheffield. I am still smiling today. What a fabulous show! So much love & admiration for the fabulous Victoria Wood. I am going to frame my tea towel but the aprons were sold out so onto the website I go! ❤️
