@RoyalMail item was due for delivery on the 5th (needed before Xmas) was told it was delayed and no update since. Tracking page still says it was due for delivery on the 5th. Assume you’ve lost it? I need to know so I can replace it to avoid a disappointed 8 year old.

@CreamsCafe pretty rubbish service in creams Maidstone - took forever for food to arrive (probably only 5 other people in there) then our drinks didn’t arrive so we had to ask. My daughter ordered a vanilla boba tea and it tasted like liquorice (whole table tried it and agreed).
