I love re:zero, it's my top 1, but this fandom drives me up the wall sometimes.

It's been Incredibly jarring seeing how disingenuous some are about this mushoku tensei episode and refusing to understand the story being told when it is very re:zero at it's core

After thinking about it, I think Re:Zero 1x15 and Mushoku Tensei 3x13 has some very similar aspects. Both of these episodes are giving you an emotional shock, giving you one of the best experiences for "madness" and "emotional" feelings. These are both directional and emotional f*cking masterpiece episodes. Even though the contents of these episodes are not that crazy, the emotional weights and sudden shock value of these episodes are just so big.

For me, 1x15 is not a top 10 RZ episode. But this episode is one of the episodes that hit me so f*cking much in almost every way you can imagine. More than MT 3x13 I think.

Same as MT 3x13. It's definitely a top 5 MT episode imo, but, even though I said that it's definitely a top 3 episodes in MT, I think there's better episodes than this episode in MT too.

But maybe the reason why MT 3x13 didn't effect me THAT much as RZ 1x15 is that I read vol 15 of MT, idk. I don't want to compare these episodes lol.

These two episodes are just f*cking masterpieces, this is the only fact that unchangable. But I just wanted to talk about it because these two episodes as an isekai has so much similar aspects imo.
