The SEC argued to the Judge the speech was his personal opinion only. Thus, the Judge ruled an email w/ a draft of the speech wasn’t covered by the deliberative process privilege b/c it wasn’t an SEC opinion. Today, the SEC objected to her ruling and asked her to reconsider. 🤬
