In my opinion, the lawmakers in my home state of Arkansas should change the pardon legislation allowing for the Governor to issue preemptive pardons for situations such as this.

Aaron Spencer woke up and discovered his 14 year old daughter wasn’t in the house and he began to search the neighborhood for her.

He discovered his daughter was in the car of the pedophile who raped her, and whom had already been charged with felony sex crimes for what he did to his daughter.

He chased the car down running him off the road shooting and killing his daughter’s rapists.

Aaron is now running for Sheriff of Lonoke County, Arkansas while still facing murder charges.

To the Arkansas legislature, pass a bill and send it to @SarahHuckabee desk allowing for a preemptive pardon.

It’s the right thing to do!
