@TMobileHelp You could not fix my phone and neither could Samsung. My apps don't work right and my phone does not call at times. I am still dealing with talk to text issues because I don't want a refurbished phone to replace my new one. Insurance...disappointing.

@TMobileHelp The only option was to give me a used phone for my brand new one for this known issue that can't be fixed. I was sold a defective phone. For the money I received poor service from a company I have been with for 14 years. .Time to change after my product review.

@TMobileHelp I don't know what DM is. I loved my Note 6 until my button failed. I would like a Note 8 without curved sides and talk-to-text that actually worked. Common problem according to the internet.
