@chrislhayes Look into how much of the single family housing market has been bought up by hedge funds and turned into rentals. This is keeping those lower-mid price houses off the market for buyers who are then forced to keep renting since they can't afford to buy.

@oodja Absolutely! Sriracha (or Badia knockoff) on my fish+rice+veggie meals. Valentina's in beans&rice. Tabasco on scrambled eggs. Cholula on overeasy eggs or nachos. Chili sesame oil on Thai noodles. My grandma's homemade hot sauce on enchiladas.
