@TaxpayersUnion One little section of Ponsonby Road the tenants and bldg owners pay $1mill pa in rates. The area is covered in homeless who defecate on the street and council spends zero dollars cleaning or patrolling. Rates are theft.

Should be no immediate residency visas. 3-5 year visas extended if no claims on social welfare or criminal convictions. After 10 years of no welfare claims and no crime, then residency. Easy system to monitor. Any crime or social welfare claims (that are not repaid), leave the country.
