Canada’s economy is stalling badly.
We just endured the worst decade for real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth per person since the Great Depression, nearly a century ago. Over the past ten years, real GDP per capita limped along at an average of just 0.6% annually.
Since 2010, the 10-year average has consistently lagged below 1.0%. And Bloomberg’s consensus forecast for GDP growth in 2026? A paltry 0.7%.
Why does GDP matter?
Because family disposable income follows the GDP like a shadow. The link is ironclad: anemic GDP growth means shrinking take-home pay. Period.
There are only two long-term levers for GDP growth:
· Grow the labour force (population), or
· Boost productivity (more output per worker).
But here’s the kicker, after a deluge of migrants. Canada’s population is now shrinking for the first time on record.
Projections put population growth at roughly 0% over the next two years. Combine our moratorium on immigration with a birth rate below replacement levels, and the math is brutal: no population growth.
So what’s left for GDP growth? Productivity. And we are failing miserably.
Canadian business sector labour productivity is now 30% below the U.S. and that gap has widened from 20% back in 2000.
Why? Chronic private sector underinvestment. Machinery and equipment investment per worker is 20% lower today than it was a decade ago.
We don't just need good public policies to fix the problem. We need a shock to the system. And the Liberals and fake Conservatives won't provide it.
The People's Party is the only national party offering a real solution to stimulate economic growth:
1. Make the Accelerated Capital Cost Allowance (ACCA) permanent for every sector. That Allows businesses to write off capital investments rapidly and skyrockets cash flow. Entrepreneurs will have long-term certainty they desperately need to invest.
2. End Corporate Welfare. Zero subsidies. Zero bailouts. Zero regional development grants. No conditional loans.
3. Cut the Corporate Tax Rate from 15% to 10%. Simplify the entire system.
4. Abolish the Capital Gains Tax.
5. Balance the Budget in One Year. Cut spending (65 billions) aggressively.
6. Deregulate. Slash red tape. Foster real, unfettered competition.
That is the PPC’s comprehensive approach. It will unleash private investment, supercharge productivity, ignite real economic growth and put more money directly back into the pockets of hard-working Canadians.
“As data-centre development threatens to hike up utility bills, deplete our natural resources and create uncertainty for New Yorkers, it’s my responsibility to take action and lead,” said Governor Kathy Hochul.”
We must do the same in Canada: a moratorium, to allow time to study the impact on our water and electricity supplies.
Yes, freedom of speech exists in Canada!
And yes, the "genocide" at residential schools is a hoax; no bodies have been found.
And I'm not a criminal for telling the truth!
“I work the front desk at a small doctor’s office, and I wish people could see what happens on the other side of the phone.
Every day, older patients call us confused.
They are told to use the patient portal, upload documents, check lab results online, fill out forms before the visit, and confirm everything through a link.
Some of them do not know what a portal is.
Some do not have a smartphone.
Some have one, but they are afraid to click the wrong thing.
Last week, a man in his late 80s called about his test results.
He said, “Ma’am, I don’t mean to bother you, but the computer says I have a message and I don’t know how to open it.”
He sounded ashamed.
That broke my heart.
He should not have to feel ashamed for needing a human being.
Technology can be helpful. I understand that.
But when people who built this country are made to feel helpless because everything became a login and a password, we have gone too far.
Not everything needs to be an app.
Not every answer should be hidden behind a screen.
Sometimes people need a voice.
A patient person.
A real human who says, “Don’t worry, I can help you.”
Progress should not leave seniors behind.
Because one day, the world will move faster than us too.
And I hope someone is kind enough to slow down.

The same people who are censoring the internet for your children's safety are perfectly ok with grown men shaking their dicks at kids during a pride parade!

You pathetic, weak minded, fools...
SOS @UnderSecPD
Mark Carney undermined the election, bribing enough MPs to cross the floor, to steal a majority, allowing him to ram through censorship bills he otherwise couldn't.
We don't have the tools to stop this Orwellian future, but the U.S. can, through the USMCA.
Canada
Your prime minister was installed. It's true.
He then won the election after having little chance.
Then he made deals to steal a majority.
His biggest accomplishment is enriching his own portfolio.
You are the only nation in the g20 having a recession.
They've shut down debate and are just ramming through bills to become law and entrap you in a digital prison.
And the majority defend it, love it, thank it.
Canada is being fleeced, we're being robbed, and most aren't mad at the people doing it, they're mad at the people seeing it.
Breaking 🚨
Liberals are shutting down debate, to ram Bill C-22 through House by Friday!
This is despite C-22 violating our Charter Rights against Arbitrary Seizure!
