So here we have it. Our sex is no longer a protected characteristic.

The very laws and policies meant to protect women, fought for by women, going back to the Goals Act 1832, the Sex Discrimination Act and the Equal Pay Act and ‘culminating’ in the Equality Act now protect 9 characteristics and our sex is not one of them.

This has to be challenged.

That cannot have been the intention of the Equality Act.

A letter F or M is a characteristic worth protecting but the physical reality of our sexed bodies is not?
