On World Mental Health Day, here's a #Shoutout to everyone on the grassroots community who stand on the sidelines, with a smile on their face despite sometimes struggling with their own personal battles. It's OK, not to be OK
If anyone is struggling, please, please please talk to someone. You are NOT alone.
Where to get help if you're struggling.
You don't have to suffer in silence if you're struggling with your mental health, or just need to talk. Here are some groups you can contact when you need help.
Samaritans: Phone 116 123, 24 hours a day, text SHOUT to 85258 or email [email protected], in confidence
Childline: Phone 0800 1111. Calls are free and won't show up on your bill.
MIND: Phone 0300 123 3393 for information about how to access mental health support. You can also email [email protected].
PAPYRUS: A voluntary organisation supporting suicidal teens and young adults. Phone 0800 068 4141
Depression Alliance: A charity for people with depression. No helpline but offers useful resources and links to other information
#WorldMentalHealthDay2024
โJust call 111, press 2.โ The NHS has launched a new crisis helpline on 111, giving you another way to get urgent help if youโre struggling with your mental health. Itโs a step in the right direction, but itโs only part of the solution. (1/4)
Cannot believe how shocking @BristolStMotors customer service is. 1 visit to the garage, sent to another garage and 7 calls and still no closer to having a car that works which we have only had for less than 6 months. Absolute joke of a company!!
Unfortunately wasn't to be yesterday. We will await our outcome by the FA & the league. We should of been out of sight & got sucker punched in the 90th. I will personally live & learn from this & I'm only young. I'm proud of my lads & we will be back stronger next season!
PLS RT: There will be a minutes silence at all @NottsSeniorLge matches tomorrow, as we remember @1st_town Emma Clarke who sadly lost her fight against cancer on Wednesday. She was a great Secretary as well as a person. Our thoughts go out to all her friends and family RIP EMMA
