@JerseyGio @GadSaad @ninaturner Well, life expectancy in Canada is higher than in the U.S., and I suspect access to healthcare is at least part of the reason why. No system is perfect. But people living longer is a good sign when making comparisons.

@alannagillis3 I had a horrifying experience in a group project early on in university—mostly to do with gender. It was so bad that any course I registered for going forward, if the syllabus indicated group work, I dropped. Some fallout will be invisible to you.

@rlegrow @KathyHogan75 Used to be at age 50 you move to self-referral. They lowered the age to 40 recently from what I understand. It’s actually way easier once you’re on self-referral.
