@TicketmasterUK I’ve emailed and sent a request form for a refund on an event that has been rescheduled. I haven’t heard anything back from the email and the request form just sends me to a blank page so I’m not sure whether or not it has gone, any help would be great thanks

@jessie_rabbit_ @steepstuff @Homebase_help My mother had the same. Then told absolute rubbish! They knew it wasn’t coming in the day she picked yet no one bothered to inform her. It’s a joke, it’s like they think no one has anything else to do but sit and wait 🙄

@Homebase_help absolutely appalled with your customer service! My mother has had to take two days annual leave to wait in for delivery. Firstly was meant to arrive fri- nothing! After ringing she was told today-nothing!! No call, text or email 😡

@Homebase_help If you can’t discuss it with me then hardly a point sending DM! And to be honest, it will more than likely be a fob off as it has been every time she contacted you! She’s worked all way through the pandemic, in a care home to waste her annual leave! 😡
