Does anybody know where we can get a blue teddy EXACTLY like this bear. We brought it from @Poundland years ago & its always been one of her favourite teddys. We have searched everywhere for it it & shes so upset. She calls it her potato (as in chip & potato)

@_aaroncater_ @HM_Passport @FedEx So they were approved on thursday, printed Wed night, despatched thursday & we collected Friday am, but if we had of waited we was told they would of been delivered at some point on the Friday x

After spending weeks on the phone to @HM_Passport, begging for them to process our girls applications, to them getting approved a week before we flew & them being despatched and in TNT (@FedEx)hands on the Thursday night. Shane managed (with the help ofhus cousin) to pick them...

@gaby_pears We rang this number 03456080630 & it put us threw to a human. They couldnt do anything until they had the passports, so had to check tracking until it came up that they had them and not error

Up about 4.30am on the Friday we were due to travel and meet us at Birmngham airport ready for our 9am flight! I cannot begin to explain the emotions we went through. Despite all that we had a fabulous time with my in laws in Lanzarote for 10 days, the battle with @HM_Passport

@TallSarahC @HM_Passport You would think so, but considering we was supposed to have the option to collect and the examiner who approved it happened to have missed it so sent it to central instead of local print. Then i have no hope that they would do that x

When you fly tomorrow but your girls passports only got printed at 11.17pm last night. Now we may have to book flights to join our family after them. Application was done in January! There is no reason at all why it should of took so long.
