One of the hardest workers, both on and off the court, I’ve ever had the privilege of teaching. His drive, passion and leadership is beyond his years and I have no doubt this young man will make his mark on the world. #proudteacher@WPSHighSchool@zavien_williams
Teachers have the mindset of whatever it takes, except when it comes to their own health. Maybe it’s time for that to to be the mantra for your own mental, emotional, and physical health. Whatever it takes!
Admin are aware that teachers are stressed to the max, but now is the time to be even more empathic and diligent in supporting teachers as we head into the holidays, conferences, & mid terms. Its getting tougher; not easier for them.
Admin, if you really want to support teachers right now, give them time. They need encouragement too, but true appreciation for them right now is give them time to do their job effectively.

Right now is not the best time to talk about programs, plans, data points, and “best practices.” It is time to support.
This is not just happening in Utah but in every state, city, district, private or public schools. Some good ideas in here to give teachers relief Like having a 4-day week and giving teachers a day to prep ... https://t.co/MU8jyVIZB0
Hybrid learning success hinges on giving teachers more time during the school day. Many are struggling trying to juggle both face-to-face and remote learners at the same time and are working unsustainable hours because they are dedicated to kids. They need relief now.

It can be very discouraging to see how education is happening in the US because it was forced upon people in unsafe conditions or decisions were made last minute. Teachers are doing the best they can with what was given to them.
Teacher friends, if you're having problems remembering things, it might be trauma. A friend of mine who works with trauma therapy patients says what we're experiencing is basically combat fatigue. Be nice to yourself
